Our client is a multinational company. They are currently looking for an Assistant Administrative Manager to join the team and lead the renovation project.
About the Role
- Oversee all aspects of general office administration, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace environment.
- Lead end-to-end office renovation projects, including planning and execution, including coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate office maintenance, space planning, and workplace safety initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible on facilities management and liaise with property management
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards across all administrative functions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in office administration, ideally in MNC.
- Proven experience in handling office renovation project.
- Hands-on, motivated and with strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
