Job Description
Being one of the most versatile sexual wellness product distributors, you will work with our team to ensure smooth global operations. By handling the diversity of products, including condoms, personal lubricants and even adult toys, to the modern retail trade outlets and adult stores, you are commissioned to deliver that range of products that liberate the traditional view. A bigger challenge yet, we will work it on a global scale, working in markets including Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the UK.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily coordination with internal teams and partners for local and overseas markets.
- Handle full set of import/export and shipping documents accurately and timely.
- Track sales orders from placement to delivery and handle general customer inquiries.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock reconciliation, and data entry for replenishment.
- Coordinate the sourcing and ordering of packaging and printing materials.
- Support product licensing and regulatory registration by preparing necessary documents.
- Ad-hoc Tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (FMCG/Distribution/Logistics preferred). Fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcome.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms (HKTV Mall, Shopify) or project tools (Asana, Slack) is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong analytical mindset, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel overseas occasionally for international operations and partner coordination.
