We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Distribution Management Manager.
In This Role You Will
- Shape and build future proof INHK Distribution strategy, ensuring it’s well founded based on customers needs and aligned with our strategic directions and objectives
- Implement Distribution management initiatives, metrics, resource planning to ensure the right customer outcomes are considered, tracked and achieved
- Design and deliver staff development and engagement activities to build a high-performing team with quality strategic thinking, critical mindset and leadership skills.
- Partner closely with internal and bank-wide stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy, standards, and success metrics across all channel interactions and customer touchpoints
To Be Successful You Will Need
- Strong in strategic / critical and agility thinking and highly organised to navigate complex ideas into structured and clear implementation plans
- Excellent facilitation / influence skills to build trusted relationships and lobby stakeholders with competing interests / priorities
- Ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights
- Proficiency in meeting presentation and communications
- Sound commercial awareness with the ability to link strategy to tangible revenue, cost savings, and risk management
