Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative assistance for meetings, including preparation of meeting folders and arrangements for overseas trips, and logistical support for seminars and meetings
  • General administrative and secretarial work including conference room booking, scheduling, word processing, filing, and other tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • (Must have)Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education ExaminationAt least one year’s relevant experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing and email system
  • Good command of English and Chinese
