You Will Be Responsible For
- partnering with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise analytics opportunities supporting institutional objectives;
- delivering end-to-end execution of analytics initiatives, from scoping and stakeholder interviews to deployment and performance measurements;
- supporting the design and development of a unified business datasets and analytics framework (e.g. GA4) through integration with multiple data sources across WKCD;
- analysing large and complex business datasets to identify patterns, trends and actionable insights on user behaviours, process performance and market dynamics;
- presenting findings and recommendations in clear, accessible language to business stakeholders and decision-makers;
- working with IT and data engineering to implement; and
- performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You Should
- possess a Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field;
- have 6+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and analytics frameworks in a complex organisational setting;
- have hands-on experience with GA4, data warehousing solutions and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI);
- have Expert-level SQL skills. Google Analytics Certified, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Power BI Certification are strong plus;
- have deep experience with Google Analytics 4 and its BigQuery integration. Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus; and
- have understanding of local user data trends and measurement challenges in Hong Kong is essential.
