Responsible for maintenance and projects related issues and QA/QC for in-house and outsourced day-to-day corrective / preventive maintenance and project management of building and architectural elements (including building structure, civil engineering, paints, graphic, signage, props, drapery, etc.) to meet the safety, functional and show quality standards.
Monitor and control maintenance database of the computer-aid systems (e.g. Maximo, FCS, Business Objects, etc.), and compile strategic reports for assets reliability as well as improvement for long-term maintenance efficiency.
Prepare and support all kinds of project documents such as project plan and schedule, daily report, progress report, completion report and project finance reports for maintenance projects.
Provide Project administration support to the team.
Organize and manage the maintenance projects to facilitate routine projects operations for the resort.
Coordinate and supervise in-house technician and contractors for all kinds of site activities and ensure meet the safety requirements
Assist in carry out condition survey and analysis for project planning and budget estimation
Responsible to keep proper record for maintenance and projects (e.g. materials record, as-build drawings and labour record etc.)
Coordinate with different stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of seasonal events, development and rehab / enhancement projects
Planning, sourcing, procurement and control of spare materials and consumables.
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Survey, Civil Engineering, Fine Arts, Facility Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 1 years of relevant job experience
Knowledge of construction and occupational safety and other statutory requirements for maintenance and construction project
Basic technical knowledge with solid experience to facilitate the quality control and maintenance aspects
Basic background in Project Administration and Documentation
Willing to attend emergency call or duties outside normal working hours
