Minimum 8 years’ experience in qualitative market research including proposal and analytical report writing, presentation, qualitative in-depth interviews for luxurious/high-net-worth customers in Hong Kong and Mainland China
Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Familiar with social media usage and analysis for media used in Mainland China and Hong Kong
Analytical and logical approach from business perspective to research design, data analysis, report writing and presentation
Very fluent in Putonghua
Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays, and able to work under pressure
Business travel and occasional outdoor & off-site to conduct fieldwork/research is required
Responsibilities:
Manage and conduct market research projects for Hong Kong & Mainland China on customer behaviours & needs, market trends & sentiments, business development etc.
Identify research scope & requirements, write proposals, prepare fieldwork & discussion guides, recruit & conduct in-depth interviews, moderate focus groups, write analytical reports, provide insights & recommendations, and conduct presentation from business perspectives
Conduct digital & social listening and social media analysis (mainly media used in Mainland China and Hong Kong), prepare insightful & timely reports, manage to liaise with external agencies to ensure timely data delivery
Perform desk research, ad-hoc tasks & other related projects as assigned
