You Will Be Responsible For
- assisting in organising and implementation of Theatre programmes / initiatives with local and overseas partners / artists involved;
- handling event coordination and administrative / documentation work and provide related documentation support in coordination with internally other teams of Performing Arts Division, across other departments of WKCDA, as well as externally interested working partners;
- supporting programmes, special projects, macro-planning, authority wide matters and planning / coordination works;
- supporting in budget management and assisting in accounting arrangement; and
- performing any duties from time to time as reasonably as assigned by the Authority.
You Should
- possess a recognised university degree or equivalent;
- have at least 1 year of relevant experience in performing arts field, arts / cultural organisations, organising arts and cultural events;
- be interested in arts and culture and have a good understanding of arts and cultural scene in Hong Kong, especially in the discipline of Theatre and cross-disciplinary;
- have good organisation and planning skills, high attention to details and preferably have programming and administrative experience and knowledge;
- be self-motivated, able to work independently and provide quality, timely support and delivery;
- have strong adaptability and open for irregular hours of work when required;
- have good interpersonal and communication skills and multi-tasking;
- have proficiency in computer applications in Microsoft Office; and
- be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
