What this job involves: As a Facilities Officer, you need to carry out and supervise facilities management services including security, cleaning, landscape, pest control, hostel management, R&M and event support and liaise with contractor, stakeholders and client for services delivery

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • To support the management and operation of recreational and sport facilities
  • Provide quality helpdesk and customer services for campus users

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in Facilities Management, Housing Management, Hotel Management Sports and Recreation Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 year experience in facilities operation and facilities management; with working experience in education institutes/ local universities is preferred
  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer- oriented
  • Proficiency in computer skills and good experience in implementation of various computerized systems including Facilities Management System, Building Management System, Security Control System, Access Control System, Carpark Access System and any other systems related to facilities management
  • Provide helpdesk, clerical and administrative support
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Able to work independently and equip with good communication and interpersonal skills
