Responsibilities
- Assist the team head to review and supervise works within payment team
- Handle invoice processing and daily batch payment to ensure timely settlement of invoices and in accordance with the Corporation's policies and procedures
- Maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders and handle users / vendors enquiry in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure controls in place for related in-house payment supporting systems, e.g. FMS (Oracle Financial Management System) and eGR (Electronics Goods Receiving System)
- Participate in system / workflow enhancement works and handle ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics, preferably with post-secondary education in Accountancy or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Financial System / other accounting software applications
