Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead country-wide delivery of a strategic Core Banking transformation programme.
- Establish strong governance, programme controls, and executive reporting.
- Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior country, regional, and global leadership teams.
- Oversee solution implementation, data migration, UAT, business readiness, training, and cutover activities.
- Ensure regulatory, operational, and business requirements are successfully met.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
- Proven leadership of large-scale banking or core banking transformation programmes.
- Experience managing complex, cross-border stakeholder environments.
- Strong programme governance, risk management, and vendor management expertise.
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering mission-critical change initiatives.
- Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
