We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to keep projects on track, analyze data, and ensure smooth game development. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating teams and driving project success.
What You Will Be Doing
- End-to-End Task Management:Manage, update, and maintain project schedules and task assignments. Follow-up and manage end-to-end tasks throughout the project cycle.
- Project progress Facilitation:Proactive follow up project progress with production teams by leading meetings and providing status reports to management. Precise documentation of all project deliverables and action items.
- Cross-Functional Liaison:Act as the primary contact point between production teams and Producer. Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to drive project dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure alignment toward shared goals and milestones.
- Project Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze project data such as user feedback and market trends to spot opportunities and risks.
- Management Administrative Support: Support to senior management, including meeting schedule management, admin tasks and paperwork for events and overseas trips.
- Operation Enhancement:Explore project enhancements in productivity optimizations.
What You Need For This Position
- Bachelor’s Degree holder with 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
- Proficient in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
- A genuine enthusiasm for the gaming industry and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Bonus Points
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Experience in IT industry, and working with senior managers
- Candidates with project management experience will be considered as Project Executive
Working Location & Hours:
- Hong Kong Science Park
- 5-day work, 10:00 – 19:00 (Lunch hour 13:45 – 15:00)
