How you succeed?

To excel in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of our business needs and the talent market. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences. You'll also leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies to attract and engage top talent.

What you do?

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates
  • Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions

Who you are?

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, banking and/or FI experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Less experience candidate will be considered as Manager - Talent Acquisition Experience
