Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and guide the process of procurement work;
  • Manage the procurement activities of various projects in compliance with relevant management methods and regulations;
  • Manage and supervise the normal operation of fixed assets management;
  • Responsible for assigning preparation work and reviewing the periodic report;
  • Introduce core and strategic suppliers, maintain supplier relationships and evaluate the performance of existing suppliers regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain within the construction field, including at least 2 years of experience in bulk purchasing;
  • Experience working for a large main contractor;
  • Experience in commodity procurement is required;
  • IT knowledge or academic background is an advantage;
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an advantage;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and efficient, with demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
  • Familiarity with Chinese report writing and working experience in a Chinese-funded organization will be an advantage;
  • Experience with online approval processes is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
