Responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining the property facilities, including VRF, Fire Services System, Plumbing system and electrical systems
Supervise and report contractors' maintenance and repair work
Monitor and repair access control and closed-circuit television and emergency generator, etc.
Handle guest complaints on engineering aspects and carry out immediate effective and reasonable solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 year of experience in maintenance work is an advantage
Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
Proactive, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
