Responsibilities
- Provide practical training for staff on safety knowledge, safety awareness, hazards identification and inspection skills
- Drive the implementation of safety procedures and provide inputs on construction, operational and occupational safety as well as health issues
- Assist in maintaining the safety information database
- Develop, implement and maintain the safety management system, including safety inspections, occupational hygiene surveys, incident investigations and safety promotion programmes
Requirements
- Degree in Safety Management / Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in railway projects
- Possession of the qualification as Hong Kong Registered Safety Officer
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
- Required to perform night shift duties
