Main Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Corporate E-Channel projects (e.g., corporate e-Banking / Host to Host solution), including requirement gathering, implementation, and post-launch optimization to ensure alignment with market standards and client needs.
- Provide on-site support at business units to accompany Relationship Managers (RMs) in client meetings, address for Corporate E-Channels inquiries, and coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders.
- Raise user requirements, monitor progress, and ensure new services/initiatives are effectively implemented, benchmarked against market best practices, and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, execute, and optimize digital channel initiatives.
- Perform regular business management, including performance analysis and reporting for corporate digital channels.
- Communicate with Hotline and online customer service teams for Online Enterprise Banking, ensuring timely follow-up on production issues and client feedback. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8 -10 years of experience in managing Corporate E-Channel projects (e.g., corporate e-Banking / Host to Host solution) within multinational financial institutions, including client-facing roles and on-site collaboration with business units.
- Proven track record in implementing corporate e-Banking/host-to-host solutions, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, and partnering with Relationship Managers (RMs) to deliver client-centric outcomes.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and foster teamwork across departments.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and resilient with a focus on delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Keen interest in emerging digital technologies and industry trends such as AI tools.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Preferred: In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products (e.g., cash management).
