Monitor daily transaction data across payment channels, deeply tracking performance across different regions, currencies (e.g., SGD, USD, EUR), and payment methods (e.g., credit cards, local e-wallets).
Identify transaction anomalies or potential risks through data insights, and communicate promptly with payment channel partners for resolution to ensure the stability of the payment links.
Business Growth & Campaign Planning (Business Operations):
Periodically launch differentiated business campaigns in various regions based on the company's strategic direction.
Design incentive programs targeting specific currencies or payment methods, optimize the user payment experience, and take direct responsibility for the growth of Total Payment Volume (TPV).
Responsible for daily liaison with global payment channels, following up on channel applications, compliance reviews, and handling various paperwork during the onboarding process.
Efficiently complete application forms and handle business email correspondence to ensure the smooth progress of channel expansion.
【Qualifications】
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields are preferred.
Industry Experience: Familiar with the cross-border payment industry, understanding mainstream international/regional payment products and multi-currency settlement processes.
Data Sensitivity: Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to extract core issues and insights from complex transaction reports.
Communication & Coordination: Strong communication and business correspondence skills. Fluent in English reading and writing (required for handling emails and documents with foreign channels).
Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, conscientious, patient with tedious paperwork, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
