Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Maintain and update attendance records, leave administration and electronic personnel files
- Coordinate and support for all recruitment activities
- Organize regular in house training
- Assist in implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of clerical / HR experience, preferably in the property management industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and capable to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience.
