Your new role
- Support daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Assist in inventory accounting processes, including stock reconciliation, inventory movement tracking, and cost updates
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accuracy between physical and system records
- Assist in preparing journals, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Perform bank and inventory reconciliations, and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities, including inventory-related schedules and reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or retail, candidate from the Big 10 would also be considered
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory management concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
