Role Overview We are hiring a QE Lead to drive end-to-end testing, automation, and quality practices for enterprise applications. This role is based in Singapore, and candidates must be open to relocation.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering activities across projects
- Define and implement test strategies (functional, automation, performance)
- Build and maintain automation frameworks
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and business teams
- Manage quality risks, timelines, and delivery
- Support testing using Alibaba Cloud environments
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements - 10+ years in Quality Engineering / Testing
- Strong experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Hands-on with CI/CD and Agile environments
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud or similar cloud platforms
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools is a plus
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Mandarin is a plus (due to regional collaboration)
