Manage leasing and portfolio strategy, including market research, feasibility studies, and rental analysis
Lead lease negotiations with landlords on commercial terms (rent, tenure, rent-free periods, key clauses)
Oversee the full tenancy lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and landlord coordination
Lead office renovation, fit-out, reinstatement, and relocation projects across office and agency premises
Manage design development, tendering processes, and contractor/vendor selection, and execution strategies
Provide space planning solutions and technical advisory aligned with business needs
Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties
Manage procurement processes and enforce cost control, including variation management
Ensure proper project handover, documentation, and transition to BAU/FM operations
Lead team members while overseeing administrative and asset-related matters
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Determine space planning solutions and resource allocation
Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in leasing, project management, or facilities/real estate environment
Proven experience in office renovation, relocation, and capital works (essential)
Experience in commercial office fit-out, clubhouse, or property management is advantageous
Strong experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional collaboration
Strong knowledge of leasing management, market analysis, and cost-benefit analysis (CBA)
Solid project management expertise (budgeting, scheduling, tendering, contract administration)
Familiarity with building regulations and statutory requirements
Understanding of space planning and workplace strategy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project (preferred)
Knowledge of procurement processes and cost control practices
