Job Description
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the customer data product.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, actuaries, and compliance teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Translate business needs into data product features that enhance customer understanding, segmentation, and engagement.
- Lead agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and security standards are embedded in product design and implementation.
- Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in insurance, financial services, or data-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, and data governance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
