.We are hiring a Senior Consultant (3–10 years’ experience) based in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a strong delivery-focused recruiter who excels at executing high-quality searches and managing client relationships, without the pressure of heavy business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end execution of mid-to-senior level mandates from our existing client base
- Manage client communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring high-quality delivery and experience
- Lead candidate sourcing, assessment, interview process management, and offer negotiation
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted partner over time
- Develop deep expertise in core verticals such as AI, quant trading, hedge funds, and crypto
- Collaborate closely with the founder and senior team on mandate strategy and execution
Requirements
- 3–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within agency environments
- Proven track record in delivering mid-to-senior level roles with strong execution capability
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive search processes
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
