Job Description
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking products
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition
- Drive digital adoption, usage, and revenue growth
- Translate business goals into product features and priorities
- Analyse customer data to optimise journeys and performance
- Lead product backlog, user stories, and Agile delivery cycles
- Collaborate with IT to deliver scalable, secure solutions
- Partner with business, marketing, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements
The Successful Applicant
- 9+ years in product management roles within Digital/ Retail/ Corporate Banking
- Exposure on Deposit, Loan or Fee Income Products will be an advantage
- Strong business acumen with commercial mindset
- Proven experience managing digital product lifecycles
- Excellent knowledge in digital channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory environment in banking
