We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA Automation Lead to spearhead the quality assurance efforts for a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) project. This critical role will involve building a robust knowledge base for testing and functional specifications specifically for our mobile and internet banking platforms. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end QA strategy for AI-driven solutions, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that meet performance, stability, and quality standards before production release.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, tech, data, risk, and business) implement new AI tools & solutions to enhance testing frameworks, processes to improve efficiency and quality outcomes
- Support end-to-end system user story writing, UAT, regression testing with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks for testing
- Own automation results, continuously improve automation coverage, stability, and efficiency
- Review functional and technical specifications to derive effective test scenarios, and prepare and maintain test cases, test data, and execution results
- Driving strategic digital transformation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience, with AI/ML and data analytics being key enablers.
- Support other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 10 years+ experience in software testing, QA, or automation/performance testing roles, minimum of 1 year of experience in artificial intelligence technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges
- Self-starter with strong business acumen, independent, and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred
