Our client a well-established large organization operating in the banking/financial services sector.

Aufgabengebiet

Develop and edit digital content, including UX copy, microcopy, and instructional text across web and mobile platforms
Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment of tone of voice across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to deliver content for wireframes and prototypes
Support usability testing by refining copy based on user feedback and data insights
Work on a range of digital products and user journeys across different business functions
Maintain and contribute to content guidelines and style standards
Perform quality assurance and peer reviews to ensure high-quality content delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Anforderungsprofil

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Interaction Design, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting and/or editing, preferably in UX writing or digital content
Experience in banking, fintech, or insurance industry is an advantage
Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written proficiency in Traditional and Simplified Chinese
Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or InDesign
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum working environment
Interest in AI tools and content automation, with willingness to explore and adopt new technologies
