About The Job

As a Senior Consultant, Financial Services, you will gain hands-on consulting experience in the financial services industry, building strong expertise across a diverse range of clients, projects, and solutions. You will apply your problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or technology-related roles
  • Good understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and/or insurance
  • Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or transformation projects is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently drive the success of a workstream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants by defining structured work packages, overseeing progress, and providing guidance
  • Lead client engagements, including facilitating workshops and driving discussions to identify business needs and shape solutions
  • Translate client requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, supporting solution design and implementation
  • Oversee project documentation, ensuring deliverables and processes are accurately captured for management review
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, stakeholder management, and ongoing engagement
  • Contribute to business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract discussions
