Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and tax payments;
- Monitor bank transactions and cashflow;
- Prepare management accounts, forecasts and financial returns pursuant to FRR rules;
- Coordinate annual audit process, manage tax filings;
- Develop and implement internal HR & Admin policies;
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- University graduate or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with preference for those being a member of HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA or equivalent, experience in licensed corporation is an advantage;
- Pro-active, well-organized, pleasant with outgoing personality and capable of managing multi-tasks and prioritizing work efficiently and effectively;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial accounting or in professional firms preferably in financial services field;
- Experience with MYOB or other accounting software;
- Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skill, proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; and
- Proficiency in IT skills.
