We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and proactive Marketing Executive whose absolute priority is driving our marketing events and providing comprehensive administrative support to the department. This role is the operational backbone of our team and serves as a direct stepping stone within our corporate ladder. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and demonstrate excellence in coordinating offline campaigns, managing vendor logistics, and executing departmental administrative tasks, you will have a

- End-to-End Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and flawlessly execute marketing events, exhibitions, and offline campaigns from initial concept to post-event teardown.
- Vendor & Logistics Management: Act as the primary liaison with external vendors (printers, event agencies, venues) and internal teams to ensure all event materials, setups, and logistical requirements are delivered on schedule.
- On-Site Execution: Serve as the main point of contact on the ground during events, overseeing setup, troubleshooting live issues, and ensuring a premium experience for all attendees.
- Project Ownership: Handle offline marketing projects autonomously, strictly managing timelines, budgets, and schedules to guarantee smooth delivery and showcase your readiness for management.
- Administrative Support
- Daily Operations: Own the essential day-to-day administrative duties of the marketing department, including invoice processing, expense reimbursement, data entry, and meticulous filing.
- Inventory & Budget Control: Keep highly accurate records of departmental event budgets, track marketing collateral, and actively manage the inventory of promotional materials.
- Customer Service: Act as the face of the department by serving as the first point of contact for general marketing inquiries via email and phone.
- Reporting & Documentation: Compile monthly departmental reports, organize post-event evaluations, and maintain highly organized, accessible records for management review.
- Copywriting & Proofreading: Draft, edit, and quality-check offline promotional copy, event materials, and internal communications, ensuring accurate localization across English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a heavily proven background specifically in marketing event coordination and office administrative support.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and English. Strong Written Chinese proficiency is essential (must be comfortable writing in both Traditional Chinese for HK and Simplified Chinese for Mainland communications).
- Administrative Excellence: Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to handling financial paperwork, budget tracking, and data entry.
- Organizational & Leadership Potential: Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of balancing fast-paced event logistics with strict, routine office administration. Must demonstrate the drive and capability to step up into an eventual managerial role.
- Team Player: Outgoing, proactive, and highly organized, with a hands-on attitude to ensure the department functions smoothly during busy operational periods and high-pressure live events.
- Residency: Hong Kong permanent resident or valid work permit holder.
