A reputable organisation seeks a Facility and Property Manager to oversee facilities operations, property improvement projects, leasing matters, and building maintenance across multiple locations in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
As a Facility Manager in Hong Kong, you will work with a service provider to manage property operations, maintenance, projects, and leasing while ensuring safe, compliant facilities across sites.
- Manage facilities operations, maintenance, safety patrols, and regular building inspections across multiple sites
- Coordinate contractor sourcing, quotation review, bidding, and procurement to ensure cost, quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Monitor project execution including schedules, workmanship, compliance, safety standards, and progress reporting
- Assist with leasing activities, including coordination with agents, tenant inspections, and market tracking
- Perform administrative and financial duties such as inventory checks, insurance renewals, reporting, and BMO coordination
Candidate Profile
- Degree holder or above in Surveying, Building Services, engineering, or related disciplines, with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
