Work you'll do
- Lead technology and business integration by maintaining a holistic view of the client's business objectives
- Leverage Oracle and industry/sector expertise to help build and strengthen Deloitte’s market position
- Define and drive sustainable impact to the client’s business
- Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience
- Advise the client to make decisions that positively impact return on investment; provides subject matter expertise on sector trends and leading practices
- Make decisions with confidence based on analysis of available information to drive business success
- Generate innovative ideas and turn them into profitable business opportunities for our clients and the Firm
- Leverage financial information and business case to build support for a solution
- Project confidence, establish credibility with and influence clients at all levels
- Sell potential and current clients on Deloitte’s services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm
- Adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence and assembling teams to best serve clients
- Articulate an informed opinion on leading edge technologies and how they affect emerging business models in domain area

We are looking for someone with
- Ability to guide the team and lead the client through end to end cloud engineering solution deployment in a seamless manner aimed at optimizing business impact for client.
- Ability to apply a forward-looking perspective with business, operating model, and industry-oriented approach to lead the transformation agenda.
- Ability to guide the team and client through specialized cloud engineering expertise to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic agenda/complex issues.
- Ability to lead Cloud Engineering strategy and its implementation conversations / exercise with C-Suite and/or sub C-Suite executives at client to support enterprise-wide decision-making, operations improvement and strengthen stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Related Field
- 13 years and above of business development, consulting sales experience on large-scale, enterprise-wide DC and Cloud implementation
- Experience developing Cloud business cases and roadmaps
- History of successful technical sales consulting and value selling
- Understanding of how various cloud technologies work together, with the ability to drive deeper technology adoption within the existing large account base.
- Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a territory sales strategy.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical, architectural and executive audiences
- Knowledge and certification in AWS, Ali-cloud or Tencent cloud solutions would be a big plus
