Responsibilities：

To lead the dedicated engineering team to generate product designs from the request stage through to production.
Own the product design engineering for specific product line including the new product and legacy product.
To manage engineering tasks to a required timeline.
To manage product development to parts cost and specifications.
To support engineering requirements of the NPI Stage Gate Process for both global and domestic projects.
To manage the technical product development programs.
To drive product improvements through the use of the relative principles.
To support the implementation of lean manufacturing and process principles.
To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Quality issues.
To collaborate as required with internal and external engineering and functional departments.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Design or Manufacturing or relevant subjects.
Good English skill.
Industrial product and wire harness experience is a must.
Knowledge in PDM.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive for results.
Project Management experience is a plus.
