Job Description

IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Serve as in‑house technical owner for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
Design and maintain Microsoft 365 governance, security baselines, and operational standards.
Manage Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management.
Oversee BYOD enrollment, including Apple Business Manager (ABM) integration.
Implement and operate Microsoft Defender across Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and Identity Protection.
Implement Information Protection controls including sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and compliance policies.
Support Global Secure Access and Zero Trust security technologies.
Operate Microsoft 365 services in a multi‑region, multinational environment.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and regional IT teams.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in enterprise environments.
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 E3 / E5 platforms.
Solid expertise in Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, DLP, labeling, and retention.
Experience supporting large‑scale, multinational organizations.
In‑house enterprise IT experience is desirable.
Prior SI / MSP experience delivering Microsoft solutions at scale is a strong advantage.
Experience supporting global or post‑merger environments.
Microsoft certifications (SC / MS / AZ series) are an advantage.
