About The Role
As a Technical Services Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving business opportunities and supporting service solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients and site teams to understand operational needs and identify service opportunities
- Support the development and presentation of service solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
- Contribute to business development efforts and support revenue growth initiatives
- Monitor ongoing activities and support continuous improvement in service delivery
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant experience in facilities management, engineering, or related fields
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of service delivery and operational processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
