Project Details
What We Need
- Dates: 16 Jun 2026 (Tue), 08:30 - 10:30 (Please arrive at 20 mins earlier for registration and preparation, stay behind for around 10 mins for debriefing)
- Looking for 9 volunteers with business experiences to lead workshop of a group of 20 Primary 5 students
- Facilitate hands-on learning activities e.g. card game, group discussion, and presentation
- Share valuable personal experience in managing finance
- Online briefing session (30 mins) and program materials for preparation (approximately 1 hr) will be provided to volunteers before the workshop
- Session will be conducted in Cantonese
Background
This program aims to develop their financial literacy and incorporating the social and emotional learning so as to nurture healthy habits for both financial and mental wellness as well as positive lifelong outcomes.It equips students with skill sets to become financially capable individuals, and the mindsets and framework to become socially-minded, positive contributors to their communities by providing them with tools and opportunities to take charge of their financial future.
