What’s in it for you:
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes, including data reconciliation, consistency checks, and timely submission to corporate.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, coordinating inputs from various departments.
- Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual / forecast) and help identify key drivers and trends.
- Prepare routine reports and provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Support detailed analysis of tooling/mould assets and capital expenditure in the sourcing industry.
- Assist in standard costing analysis and maintenance of costing models.
- Contribute to the development and automation of financial reports and dashboards to improve efficiency.
- Support system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement in reporting processes and data quality.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience
- Experience in manufacturing or sourcing environment is preferred
- Experience in multinational organizations is required
- HKICPA / ACCA qualification is preferred
- Independent, with strong problem-solving skills, proactive with can-do attitude, and willingness to learn
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills: exposure to reporting or dashboard tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
