In just a short period of time, JL99 Group has successfully built a diversified property development portfolio ranging from High-end Residential Condominiums to Mid-Range Serviced Apartment, Redevelopment Government Housing Project and Affordable Housing Project for Civil Servants. JL99 Group also been awarded  Qlassic Special Appreciation Government Projects by CIDB in March 2019.

JL99 Group always believes in giving back to the society and thus invested more than RM30 million since 2015 turn the derelict retention pond into a 23 acres unique recreational park which is known as 99 Wonderland Park.
