With creativity, dedication and hard work, founder - Simon Auyong broke-through the conventional concept of confectionery and pastry in Northern Malaysia, successfully created the first modern bakery in 2003, serving sweet buns with an open bakery in Northern Malaysia, at Prangin Mall, Georgetown.

To date, we are a multi-award winner bakery chain with 21 Bread History bakeries & cafes, 1 online store and 1 European bread bakery named Savour Bakery (Gurney Plaza), running under 1 headquarter kitchen; with up to 250 employees baking and serving more than 100 types of buns, bread loaves, dry cakes and cakes daily, while custom-making different cake designs for all kinds of celebrations.

We maintain the best of traditional techniques whilst embracing what modern technology and thinking has to offer. As a company, we are passionate about our products. Using modern facility and traditional recipes, our team of bakers continue to produce an exceptional range of wholesome breads, pastries and confectioneries.
