Leadcom Group was incorporated in April 1995 under the name of Leadcom (M) Sdn Bhd which is a privately held Bumiputera status company. Since its inception, Leadcom has been in the forefront of providing telecommunication equipment and engineering services for Telekom Malaysia and others telecommunication operators in Malaysia. Inspired to become an established and successful Malaysia enterprise, under the leadership of founder and Group CEO, Abdul Aziz Warno, the Group has steadily grown and diversified the business into multimedia, broadcasting, ICT, agriculture and manufacturing while maintaining the core business in telecommunication.

Today, Leadcom (M) Sdn Bhd spearheads the telecommunication product business with addition of multimedia digital display products and broadcasting products businesses. Leadcom Technologies Sdn Bhd, commence business in 2004, is a software development house that offers business application and IT outsourcing services.
