SAM Malaysia is a key player in both precision machining and equipment integration for the aerospace and equipment industries. The precision business segment manufactures aluminium large complex structures that are being used in Boeing aircraft and semiconductor front-end. The equipment business segment provides system integration services to global multinational companies in the Hard Disk Drive, Solar, Semiconductor and LED industries.

Our state-of-the-art machining centers comprise of 5-axis milling and turning machines that offer exacting precision required by our global customers. This is supported by special processes such as anodising, cleaning, painting, epoxy application, fluorescent particle inspection and laboratory testing. We have a 6,000 sq ft cleanroom for the assembling of critical equipment.

SAM Malaysia also offers unique engineering solutions in the design and development of customized factory automation and material handling equipment integrated with vision inspection systems. We have the capability of 3D modeling, finite element analysis, tool design and simulation.

Our quality system is AS9100 certified and Nadcap certified for many special and NDT processes that are essential for our manufacturing. We also attained score of more than 6.0 in the Standardized Supplier Quality Assessment for non-aerospace products.
