THE COMPANY

Baktipadu Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on the 13th September 1985 in Malaysia under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 as a private Company limited by shares. The Company's principal business is real estate developer and housing contractors and is registered as a licenced housing developer under the Housing Developers Act 1966.

The Company's Chief Executive Director(CEO), Mr. David Wong Fook Loong started the Company and is now leading the Company into its' 31st year of operation. The Company under Mr. David Wong's stewardship has attained the status as a premier housing developer of residential and commercial properties and had since completed projects throughout Malaysia. The Company has also expanded to China and has completed residential and commercial projects in Guangzhou, china.

In a record time of 31 years span (1985 to 2015) our Company has completed a total number of 38 projects covering from residential to commercial and industrial projects both in Malaysia and China. The estimated overall value of total completed projects to date is in the region of RM443.94 Million Ringgit Malaysia.
