Our primary business is providing professional building surveying services such as Dilapidation Survey, Pre & Post Construction Condition Survey, Due Diligence Survey, Building Condition Survey, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Audit and Structural Condition Survey.
In the year 2019, with more than 10 years accumulation of strength and experience, finally, P-CON took one big step forward and expanded our business to Singapore. In the same year, P-CON has ventured into instrumentation monitoring business, which focuses on construction monitoring services, i.e. ground/ building settlement & movement, vibration, noise, tilt & rotation, and structural cracks.
P-CON Quality & Technology Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in the year 2022, which aims at providing digital solutions for construction activities along with quality assessment services and training, to subvert the conventional operations in the building & construction industry of Malaysia and creating a new trend to the industry. This is in line with the Construction Strategy Plan 4.0 (2021 – 2025) of CIDB to transform the Malaysian Construction Industry towards the next industrial revolution by utilisation of technologies.
The founders of our company have more than 15 years in building surveying, software, systems, mobile apps Applications and development experience. We are also specialized in hardware, IoT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Image Processing and Cloud System Architect Design. Our Team keeping up research for new and trending technologies to ensure has good fit with variable of business requirements and in a cost friendly way.
