The Group began life and incorporated in February 1997 as a property development company.

The Group of Companies focus on property development in the Klang Valley and is currently working on several mixed development projects in Shah Alam, Cheras, Sg. Besi, Mont’ Kiara, Off Jalan Ipoh, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur (KLCC area) and Port Dickson. These projects, worth more than 1.5 billion ringgit in total development value, are in advanced stages of planning and construction.

The Group have gone from strength to strength raising the standard of property development. This is reflected via a portfolio of both luxury and super-scale condominium and landed properties that won not only the hearts of investors and home-makers, but judging bodies as well.

The latest manifestation being as dual winning of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2014-2015, the perfect topping for the prestigious World’s Best International Architecture Multiple Residence Awards 2013-2014 from the International Property Awards held in London.
