Role Overview

This role is not about running tests. It is about understanding what the data means, why it behaves that way, and how to measure it better. You will work at the intersection of physics, electronics, and software, developing measurement solutions and extracting insight from complex data to support MEMS sensor development and production. This role is for you if you are comfortable writing code, interpreting data, and critically questioning measurement results.

Key Responsibilities

Characterization & Data Analysis

• Analyze large, datasets from MEMS characterisation and production
• Identify correlations, drifts, and non-obvious effects across multiple parameters
• Separate real physical effects from measurement artefacts
• Develop automated analysis workflows (Python / C# / similar)

Measurement Technology Development

• Design, build, and improve lab measurement setups (electrical, thermal, mechanical domains)
• Define measurement strategies for new product concepts and production methods
• Debug and extend internally developed measurement software (C++ / C#)
• Improve measurement robustness, repeatability, and throughput

Root Cause & Physical Understanding

• Drive root-cause analysis using data, experiments, and physical reasoning
• Work closely with product and process engineers to explain observed behavior
• Challenge unclear or inconsistent results

Method Validation & Lab Enablement

• Validate new test methods before production introduction
• Define limitations, accuracy, and uncertainty of measurement methods
• Document and standardize solutions for cross-site usage

Collaboration

• Work across disciplines: device physics, electronics, software, and production
• Collaborate with international teams and contribute to global MT alignment

Role Summary:

Maker Lab is supporting a technology client to create a partner learning and certification program for their media agency partners, to make more informed media buying decisions.

As a Programme Development Manager, you will design, produce, and launch a complete learning curriculum and certification program. Your work will help media agency partners understand, engage, and master our client’s platform.

Role: 

Lead Curriculum & Learning Design

• Own the full learning journey: plan modules, duration, learning outcomes, and the sequence of content.
• Create assessment blueprints: design exam structure, passing criteria, and recertification guidance.
• Write storyboards and narration scripts for all modules before production.

Produce Engaging E-Learning Content

• Develop ~7 hours of interactive e-learning content, including videos, animations, interactive modules, and job aids.
• Build a ~1-hour certification exam with an item bank and psychometric guidance for scoring and reliability.
• Ensure all content is accessible, including captions, transcripts, alt text, and accessibility checks.

Deploy and Manage Content on Platforms

• Publish SCORM/xAPI packages and deliver all source files (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent).
• Coordinate with internal and platform teams to make content LMS-ready.
• Train client admins to manage, update, and maintain content and assessment banks.
• Perform QA checks and produce quality and accessibility reports.

Track and Report Learning Data

• Define what data should be tracked in SCORM/xAPI: completions, attempts, scores, time-on-module, and role metadata.
• Deliver sample reports and CSV/API-ready data extracts for analytics teams.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years’ experience in external-facing e-learning, instructional design, or certification programs.
• Huge plus if you have experience in/with media agencies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SCORM/xAPI publishing and content production tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent).
• Skilled in multimedia production: video, animations, and interactive elements.
• Experience in platforms like Articulate360, Tiled, Sizmek or internal content distribution platforms
• Knowledgeable in LMS reporting and analytics, including tracking learning progress and assessment results.
• Experienced in accessibility compliance (WCAG AA or equivalent).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for handover documentation and admin training.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

To work on the following tasks with guidance:
1. To setup derivative test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by CoC team
accordingly to following requirement:
a. To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
b. On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include
manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
c. Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
d. To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more
effectively and maintain test system in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE target.
(eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System
Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)

2. To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test system.

3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV defined by CoC team
and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and calibration process (such of flashing of
memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line with test procedure.

4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.

5. General support on the following:
• To participate in FOR daily meeting, project meeting to monitor daily operation issue test related.
• To upgrade software to the latest DUT software released by ENG.
• To analysis MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine
efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling
from new project set up team after SOP.

6. Any other TEF7 related duties assigned to.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’re hiring a Sr. Operational Technology Security Engineer (OT) to manage Sandisk’s OT visibility and resilience program across high‑technology manufacturing sites. You’ll stand up and mature our OT monitoring solution, integrate telemetry into our SIEM, and partner with factory operations to ensure security without disrupting production.

This role owns engineering, delivery, and ongoing operations of OT security—bridging engineering, manufacturing, and the SOC—so that Sandisk maintains continuous production with zero downtime due to internal cybersecurity incidents.

• Program Partnership: Assist in defining and executing the OT security roadmap, aligning with corporate cybersecurity strategy and manufacturing uptime objectives.
• OT Monitoring Deployment: Manage installation and configuration of OT monitoring platforms such as Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Dragos, Armis, ensuring proper sensor placement for maximum visibility.
• Traffic Analysis & Protocol Coverage: Implement tools for deep packet inspection and protocol analysis (e.g., Wireshark, Zeek, Suricata) to monitor Modbus, Profinet, DNP3, OPC-UA, and other industrial protocols.
• SIEM Integration: Collaborate with SOC and architecture teams to stream OT telemetry into SIEM/SOAR platforms, develop detection logic, and optimize alerting to reduce false positives.
• Asset & Risk Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive OT asset inventory, vulnerability management process, and configuration baselines for critical systems.
• Network Segmentation & Access Control: Participate in segmentation projects, firewall rule reviews, and identity separation between IT and OT environments; implement secure remote vendor access protocols.
• Incident Response & Resilience: Participate in creating OT-specific incident response playbooks, conduct tabletop exercises, and ensure disaster recovery plans meet manufacturing continuity requirements.

The Team Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of software projects within the development team. This role owns sprint execution, removes blockers, ensures quality standards are met, and acts as the bridge between engineering execution and business stakeholders. The Team Lead manages a team of 3–6 developers, balancing hands-on technical involvement with delivery accountability to ensure projects ship on time, within scope, and at production-grade quality.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution (Primary Focus)

• Owns sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cadence for the team — ensuring commitments are met, and scope is managed proactively.
• Drives project execution from requirements through to production deployment, coordinating across dependent teams when necessary.
• Monitors delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time, defect escape rate, deployment frequency) and takes corrective action when metrics deviate.

Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies

Required

• Proficient in .NET and/or Java with hands-on production experience; able to review code, debug issues, and contribute to critical deliverables.
• Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) — able to review query performance, data models, and troubleshoot production data issues.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) — understands pipeline stages including code scan, secret scan, and deployment automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and basic infrastructure concepts.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, API design (REST/gRPC), and event-driven patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
