Responsible for timely machine installation and ensuring optimal production operations by maintaining equipment and enhancing yield, utilization, and product quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform machine installation as per schedule.
• Maintaining the smooth operation of production and optimizing yield, utilization, and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Update machine status from outgoing shift to incoming shift.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related company policies and plant safety standards, also need to comply with GMP and food safety. Delivers a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviours by following safety procedures, using Personal Protective Equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment (packaging & mixing machine).
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to minimize production downtime.
• Perform install, test, calibrate machine, routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacement to ensure consistent machine performance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Work closely with other teams (production / Quality and…) to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable daily operations
