We are looking for an experienced People Operation Specialist to you will be an active contributor in a wide range of HR activities. This will involve providing support on day to day HR operations including  onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee engagement, culture, HR reporting, etc. You will also get a chance to participate in a host of HR projects. This role will be reporting to our  Regional People Operations Lead.

As a People Ops Specialist, you will take charge of

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and transfer administration for all people movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations and terminations
• Support new joiners’ onboarding and leavers’ offboarding process, including collating staff movement announcements, planning and executing teams orientation and other engagement programs such as office welcome tour, interns community program
• Coordinates office facilities contracts and related operations
• Monitor, upkeep and ensure security and accuracy of employees' records and documents in HRIS
• Maintain and update employee handbook, guidelines, policies, and process flows.
• Process employee requests for information and related employment visas, permits, and regulatory applications
• Generate timekeeping and deductibles reports for payroll.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness of people decisions
• Participate and contribute towards implementation of local and regional HR projects, strategies and initiatives.

Responsible for component lifecycle and PCN management, as well as the selection, qualification, application, failure analysis, and documentation management of components, materials, and chemicals, together with supplier evaluation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage component lifecycle activities including obsolescence tracking, End-of-Life (EOL) and Product Discontinuation (PDN) notifications.
• Review and assess supplier Product Change Notifications (PCNs), coordinate cross-functional impact analysis (engineering, quality, manufacturing), and ensure timely implementation and documentation of approved changes.
• Support data extraction and market intelligence activities, including collection of industry and commercial data (e.g. component pricing and lead times) for components and materials registered in the ERP system.
• Support the maintenance and governance of material database, including classification, characterization, standardization, and data integrity of electronic components, materials, and chemicals.
• Provide technical expertise on component and material-related matters, including datasheet interpretation, component selection, alternate part recommendations, application guidance, failure analysis, storage and handling requirements, and coordination of engineering queries (EQs) from suppliers.

Role Description:

• Responsible for providing engineering design support and solutions for crane systems and industrial lifting equipment within the assigned region. Key Tasks :

• Design & Development: Create and modify crane and lifting equipment designs using CAD software, 3D software and adhering to engineering standards including global and regional requirements.

1. To setup functional test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by PTE team
accordingly to following requirement:

• To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
• On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
•  Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
• To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving FPY (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)
• Apply standardization in functional area to have lean process across projects.
• To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test system.

3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV defined by PTE team
and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and calibration process (such of flashing of
memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line with test procedure.

4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.

5. General support on the following:

• To support operation on functional area performance in FPY, TFOR, OEE
• To analyze MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with PTE/CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP.
