• Coordinate mobilisation of personnel, equipment, and vessels to ensure efficient project execution
• Deliver and support activities across:
• Subsea pipelines and SURF operations
• Pigging and pipeline cleaning
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning services
• Umbilical and riser testing and flushing
• Nitrogen dewatering and FCGT (Fill, Clean, Gauge & Hydrotest)
• Subsea pumping and testing units
• Assist in pipeline engineering scope including calculations, testing, integrity, and system readiness
• Support tendering activities including technical evaluations, cost inputs, and proposal development
• Interface with clients on technical delivery, with exposure to business development and tender support
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational standards at all times
• Support preparation of technical proposals, project documentation, and execution plans

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience within subsea / pipeline / pre-commissioning environments
• Strong technical understanding with a willingness to be hands-on
• Dewatering with Nitrogen Membrane spread and Coil tubing experience would be ideal.
• Experience in tendering, technical calculations, and project execution
• Good knowledge of the local Malaysian supply chain and vendor landscape
• Project execution experience in Indonesia is an added advantage
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
• Exposure to business development or client interaction is an advantage
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain, improve, and develop QA/QC program as defined in the Company’s Quality Policy standard and control plan.

• Lead on Quality incident 8D. Investigate quality problems by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions, and implanting appropriate adjustments. Resolve inquires to satisfaction in a professional, timely manner, responding verbally and/or in writing.
• Implement preventive actions to reduce and/or prevent quality problems.
• Performs internal audits of the operation process using inspection results and statistical techniques to provide timely, accurate process and product analysis.
• Analysis audit results and determines proper corrective and preventive action.
• Defines and conducts both systematic/methodical and random/arbitrary tests to ensure proper Quality performance of products.
• Collaborating with operations and engineering team to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
• New product capability, capacity set up, upgrade, troubleshooting and automation.
• Handle virtual factory synchronization standardization, harmonize best practice.
• Work with warehouse personnel to maintain incoming material and finish goods storage according to customer requirements with proper traceability.
• Develops and implements strategies to increase process quality performance through statistical methods and IR 4.0.

Project & Client Representation

• Act as the client-side Project Manager for a Build‑to‑Lease procurement model, overseeing the full development lifecycle.
• Provide overall leadership and governance across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Serve as the primary interface between client stakeholders, developers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Pre‑Contract & Commercial Management

• Lead and manage pre‑contract activities, including feasibility support, scope definition, programme development, cost planning, and risk management.
• Support procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contract award processes.
• Ensure alignment to client technical, operational, and MRO requirements.

Post‑Contract & Construction Delivery

• Oversee post‑contract administration, including contractor performance, change control, payment certification, claims management, and schedule control.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved design, MRO standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain strong on‑site presence during construction to manage delivery risks and stakeholder coordination.

Technical Oversight

• Provide technical oversight with a strong focus on MEP systems, particularly those relevant to aviation and turbine MRO facilities.
• Ensure MRO‑critical systems (utilities, workshops, hangar services, testing facilities, etc.) meet operational and regulatory expectations.
• Support commissioning, testing, and readiness for operations.

Reporting & Governance

• Provide regular progress reporting on cost, schedule, risk, and quality to client and leadership.
• Proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. The role will provide exceptional technical support for software and hardware systems across Southeast Asia (SEA).

Additionally, as part of our global ticketing team, you will contribute to the "follow the sun" support model, facilitating continuous IT system operations - Windows Servers and computers with full Microsoft Collaborative suite: Office 365 application stack (Teams, Word, Excel, Onedrive, Powerpoint) and SAP ERP as an application backbone across different time zones.

MOBILITY: 10-15% of time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide first and second-line technical support for software and hardware issues.
   • Respond to and resolve support tickets in Southeast Asia. Countries coverage scope could be reviewed and extended.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues, ensuring minimal downtime to user.

1. Part of Global Ticketing Team:
   • Collaborate with international colleagues in the global ticketing team.
   • Provide follow-the-sun support to ensure seamless IT operations across different time zones.

1. System Administration:

The role of tribology engineer is to set up or develop component media mechanical interface test to simulate hard disk drive reliability performance. It is crucial to assist media R&D team to develop reliable tribology design

• Conduct advanced tribological testing and analysis using state-of-the-art equipment and methodologies
• Design and implement experimental procedures to evaluate friction, wear, and lubrication in complex mechanical systems
• Analyze test data using statistical software and develop comprehensive technical reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tribological insights into product development and optimization
• Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including management and global teams

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of the small team working at Stranger Soccer Kuala Lumpur, assisting with various marketing, operations, and community engagement initiatives. 

• Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, supporting as an on-ground host for a few football sessions each week. 

• Coordinating and executing various tasks related to the daily operation of the business, such as social media, marketing, event coordination, player communications, and outreach.
