The HR Admin Specialist supports efficient HR operations by administering the full colleague and candidate lifecycle, from recruitment and pre-boarding through to payroll inputs and exit. You will:

Security & Governance

• Drive cybersecurity posture across the organisation including access control, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management
• Coordinate with internal audit and external assessors for compliance reviews and VAPT exercises
• Define and execute the ICT roadmap aligned to business goals
• Establish ICT policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Own ICT budgeting, procurement, and cost optimisation

Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud, telephony, and endpoints

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Own relationships with ICT vendors, MSPs, and service providers

REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Dual-Domain Expertise (ICT + Tech Risk): 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT Infrastructure/Operations, combined with 2+ years of direct responsibility over First Line of Defence (LOD1), IT Governance, or RCSA frameworks in a highly regulated environment.
• Technical Compliance Fluency: Proven experience implementing and auditing technical controls against global industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or ITIL) across modern cloud-heavy (AWS/Azure) environments.
• High-Pressure Execution & Stakeholder Management: A track record of staying calm and decisive during critical system outages, paired with the communication skills needed to confidently manage audit pushback and influence engineering teams to adopt "secure-by-design" practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or high-growth tech companies
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications (GCP/AWS/Azure)

Role Overview

The MEP Cost Manager is responsible for managing the cost and commercial aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on a large-scale data centre development.

This role ensures cost control, financial accuracy, and value optimisation across complex MEP systems, supporting delivery within strict budget, schedule, and performance requirements typical of mission‑critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Budget Management

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for MEP systems.
• Provide cost advice during design stages, including power, cooling, and building services systems.
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Procurement & Tender Management

• Prepare tender documentation for MEP trade packages (e.g., electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Manage tender processes, including tender analysis, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Support procurement strategies for complex and fast‑track data centre delivery.

Post‑Contract Cost Management

• Manage variations, change control, and cost adjustments.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement and sourcing function across the Teleport Group, driving procurement governance, strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, cost optimization, and process transformation initiatives.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies, acting as a trusted business partner to deliver commercial value, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal policies. In doing so, you'll balance the need for speed and agility with strong procurement governance and disciplined decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

1. Procurement Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with Teleport’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the procurement function across all spend categories including technology, logistics, operations, marketing, professional services, facilities, and corporate functions.
• Build and strengthen procurement governance, policies, controls, and operating procedures across the Group.

• Improve procurement analytics, reporting, spend visibility, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Standardize procurement processes and documentation across entities and regions where applicable.
  
  

6. Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify and mitigate supplier, operational, contractual, and procurement-related risks.
• Support internal and external audit requirements relating to procurement activities.
• Ensure ethical sourcing practices and adherence to company governance standards.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement and sourcing experience, including leadership experience managing regional or group-level procurement functions.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier negotiations, and procurement governance.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environments is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven track record in cost optimization and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and procurement digitalization initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business entities.

These are preferred experience for the role:

• Experience in logistics, aviation, technology, e-commerce, or regional operational environments.
• Exposure to procurement transformation and process automation projects.
• Experience managing procurement across multiple countries or business units.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT: Please note that this role requires on-site presence at both RedQ, Sepang (2 days per week) and Teleport HQ, Plaza Zurich Damansara Heights (2 days per week).
